THE IDEA BEHIND CLINSCOUT
Users
Busy clinicians need easy access to self-elaborated clinical data.
We develop sophisticated individual database solutions customized for specialized medical subgroups to use in daily clinical routine and / or for individual scientific Projects.
Software
Our applications base on Filemaker software and can be adjusted as single user-, small network-, or multi-user web-direct Solutions.
Clinscout Applications focus on
individually customized, sustainable database and Registry-projects of any size
clear functions and layouts
secure log-in processes and personal administrative privileges
intuitive user guidance
targeted and well-structured data export at any time

NEUROVASCULAR NEUROSURGERY APPLICATION
(Institutional network-capable single-center application)
An institutional registry application referring to all kinds of neurovascular disease (aneurysm, SAH, AVM, AVF, cavernoma) corresponding neurosurgical treatment and outcome documentation.
PEDIATRIC NEUROSURGERY
(Institutional network-capable single-center application)
All in one application for institutional use offering pediatric neurosurgical treatment documentation and management for in- and outpatients.
TROPHY ONLINE REGISTRY
(Hosted web-direct multi-center application based on Filemaker Server)
An online clinical
trial-application regarding different treatment regimen for preterm neonates
with posthemorrhagic hydrocephalus due to perinatal IVH. Participating centers
from all over the world can register onlinae to receive individual
password-protected access to the study- database and provided documents.
User-accounts and data content is administrated by authorized members of the
trial.
Hydrocephalus & Shunt-Register
(Institutional Network-Capable Multicenter Application based on FileMaker Pro)
In use in: Krefeld, Düsseldorf, Berlin, and Göttingen.
An institutional application for registering the entire clinical course of hydrocephalus treatment in children and adults. The diagnostic findings, surgical procedures related to cerebral shunts or neuro-endoscopic interventions, shunt hardware pressure level adjustments, and result documentation are structured in clear layouts that allow data access at any time during the day and pseudonymized export for scientific purposes.
Hydrocephalus-History & complications
Progress monitoring
Outcome Pediatric Patients
Outcome-Evaluation in Anlehnung an IIHS mit
- Neurodevelopment Assesment
- Health Utility Index
- Hydrocephalus Outcome Questionnaire
At the age of 24, 36 months & 5 years
Pseudonymized data evaluation
Pre-programmed data queries as tables for all relevant questions
